2 STANFORD 2017 AT A GLANCE LIVE IT Accommodations At Xanadu, rooms are traditional dormstyle, with single, double, and triple rooms available on single-gender halls with common space and bathrooms. Your roommate will be carefully selected using our housing questionnaire, taking into consideration age and geographic diversity. Student Life and Dining Outside of our residence hall there are sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and plenty of grassy fields for both sports games and hanging out. Most students rent bikes to take advantage of Stanford s beautiful 8,000-acre campus. Bike rentals come complete with locks and helmets for safety. There are also numerous trails for running and biking. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Arrillaga Dining, where your meal card will give you access to full buffet-style dining options.
