SHILOH, CCE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER June 27, 2018 Dear NCIA Member, It is my pleasure to announce that the 2018 Northeast National Correctional Industries Association Training Conference is going to occur Sunday, September 23 through Wednesday September 26, 2018 in historical Providence, Rhode Island. The conference is at the landmark Biltmore Hotel located in the heart of downtown Providence. Downtown Providence is the heartbeat of the city, scenically set upon three rivers and founded in The downtown area offers historic architecture, a walkable riverfront, and many other attractions. The Providence Biltmore has reserved a block of rooms at the government rate of $145 per night. Attendees are responsible for placing individual reservations by contacting the Biltmore Hotel at (401) and asking for reservations. Please remember to request the rate for the NECIA 2018 Northeast Regional Training Conference. Non NCIA Corporate Members: Add a 25% surcharge to the above prices. To avoid this surcharge, your NCIA corporate membership must be current at the time of space reservation. Deadlines: Ad Space & Copy: August 13, 2018 Artwork: We require PC compatible files. All digital files will be placed in the Adobe InDesign Program. The following file formats are accepted (in order of preference and with usage notes): Adobe Acrobat: PDF s-embedded any fonts during the distilling process. PDF files must be distilled at a minimum of 300dpi and in CMYK colors. Adobe InDesign:.indd Please send ad packaged (including embedded fonts and images) and convert any spot colors to CMYK. Note: The quality of reproduction cannot be guaranteed if files are not produced and saved at a high resolution (300 dpi) and are sent in any other format than specified above. Advertisers must submit artwork in a digital format via mail or .
