SHILOH, CCE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER June 27, 2018 Dear NCIA Member, It is my pleasure to announce that the 2018 Northeast National Correctional Industries Association Training Conference is going to occur Sunday, September 23 through Wednesday September 26, 2018 in historical Providence, Rhode Island. The conference is at the landmark Biltmore Hotel located in the heart of downtown Providence. Downtown Providence is the heartbeat of the city, scenically set upon three rivers and founded in The downtown area offers historic architecture, a walkable riverfront, and many other attractions. The Providence Biltmore has reserved a block of rooms at the government rate of $145 per night. Attendees are responsible for placing individual reservations by contacting the Biltmore Hotel at (401) and asking for reservations. Please remember to request the rate for the NECIA 2018 Northeast Regional Training Conference. 5 2018 NORTHEAST NCIA REGISTRATION & HOTEL Registration Deadline: August 24, 2018 Registrants can register online by following this link: Note: NCIA encourages all attendees to register online. If you are unable to register online and need to be invoiced, please contact NCIA at: We understand that circumstances arise that may require you to cancel. To qualify for a refund in full, a written request must be submitted to Joe Flaherty on or before August 31, After that date, a forty percent (40%) refund of conference fees will be provided. No refunds will be made after September 7, Host Hotel: The Providence Biltmore 11 Dorrance Street Providence, Rhode Island Reservations: (401) Web Reservations: lt=1&child=0&group=gncia [gc.synxis.com] Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Room Rate: $145/night (price does not include taxes per night) Parking: $29/night Participants should contact the hotel directly to book their reservations as NCIA 2018 Northeast Regional Training Conference participants. Reservations must be made by 5 p.m. on August 24, 2018 in order to receive the discounted rate. After this date, rooms may not be available at the discounted rate, so please make your reservations early. Reservations made within a group block have up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date to cancel their guestroom reservation without penalty. Cancellation of reservations (made by rooming list or by individual call-in) within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will result in one night s room and tax cancellation fee.
