Exhibit Space Desciption: Packages include one 8' x 10' booth, one 6 table, two chais, an ID sign, and one epesentative name badge. Up to two additional Exhibito epesentatives may egiste at $455 pe peson to attend. No walls, patitions, signs, o decoations may be eected which will intefee with the geneal view down the aisle o with othe exhibits. If you pe-contained Exhibit Unit will not fit in a 8' x 10' space you will be equied to puchase a second booth o foego use of the ovesized Exhibit Unit. As pe NAPR & NALTO Rules, all additional chages incued including but not limited to electical o intenet sevices, shipping, and secuity fees ae at the Exhibiting Company s expense. 3. Space Assignment: Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discetion of show management. Placement will be made based on eceipt of payment in full, extent of sponsoship, ode in which contacts wee eceived, electical needs and, if possible, sepaation of diect competitos. Adheence to Schedule: Exhibito undestands that no move-ins o moveouts will be pemitted othe than in accodance with the schedule set foth in the schedule of events. Any peson, patneship, o copoation engaging space who shall fail to make payment as heein povided shall theeby and theeupon fofeit all ights in and to the use of assigned space, and NAPR & NALTO shall have the ight to dispose of such space in such a manne as it may conside to its inteest without liability on the pat of NAPR & NALTO. 7. Noisy and Obnoxious Equipment: The opeation of whistles o any objectionable device will not be allowed. Afte the show opens, noisy and unsightly displays will not be pemitted. NAPR & NALTO eseves the ight to estict exhibits EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS that may be objectionable o to ode the emoval of any potion of an exhibit which in the judgment of NAPR & NALTO is detimental to o distacts fom the geneal ode of the exhibits. If Vendo wishes to have music at his space, the Vendo must obtain a music license to do so. 10. Fie and Safety Regulations: In ode to comply with local fie odinance equiements, all decoative mateial must be flame esistant. No volatile o flammable fluids, substances o mateials of any natue pohibited by city fie egulations o insuance caies may be used in any booth. All local egulations will be stictly enfoced and the exhibito assumes all esponsibility fo compliance with such egulations. Fie hose cabinets and fie exits must be left accessible and in full view at all times. Vendo agees to comply with all Ameicans With Disabilities Act egulations in the design and set up of the exhibit. 11. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: Exhibito shall assume esponsibility fo damage to the Site and shall indemnify and hold hamless NAPR & NALTO, its employees, agents, offices, and diectos and the Site fo all liability ensuing fom any cause whatsoeve, including accidents o injuies to Exhibito, its agents o employees. Exhibito assumes full esponsibility fo any accident, injuy o popety damage to any peson viewing its exhibit whee such accident, injuy o popety damage is caused by negligence of exhibito, agents o employees. All exhibit mateials, equipment, and popety of any kind that may be on licensed pemises of the Site shall be the SOLE isk of the Exhibito. In the event any Exhibito s popety is stolen, lost, destoyed o damaged, no pat of such loss o damage is to be chaged o bone by NAPR & NALTO o the Site. In addition, Exhibito acknowledges that NAPR & NALTO and the Site do not maintain insuance coveing Exhibito s popety and that it is the sole esponsibility of Exhibito to obtain business inteuption and popety damages insuance coveing such losses by Exhibito. Pe-Shipping Mateials: NAPR & NALTO have contacted with a decoating company to povide dayage and exhibit hall decoating.
