We are excited to invite you to take part in the FBI National Academy Association Idaho and Montana Training Conference to be held in Coeur d Alene, Idaho on September 30-October 3, This is always a great gathering of FBI National Academy graduates from these states and promises to be an even more popular meeting in 2012 with our great location at The Resort on Lake Coeur d Alene. We value the support of the various vendors and suppliers like you who help support the FBI NAA through your sponsorships and exhibitor booth participation at the meetings. We are committed to helping you market your businesses and gain the access you need to the Sheriffs, Chiefs, Command Staff, Jail Administrators and other senior law enforcement executives in order to highlight your products or services. We have put together a number of sponsorship opportunities for this upcoming meeting all designed to keep your name and company image in front of decision makers as well as giving you great access to these law enforcement executives where you can interact and showcase your businesses. This is definitely the best meeting to take part in this year with nearly 100 law enforcement and corrections executives and decision makers expected at this event. 3 Sponsorships Available FBI NAA Chapter Meeting Title Sponsorship: $3,500 One vendor will get the opportunity to showcase their business to the Sheriffs, Police Chiefs, Jail Administrators and other executive command members through the title sponsorship of the FBI NAA chapter meeting and training conference. The Title Sponsor vendor will receive their name and logo on a large meeting banner in the main banquet hall, on all meeting materials and signage, nametags, etc; an exclusive option to speak to the attendees during their meeting; and numerous mentions and thank yous throughout the event. This sponsorship will give you visibility in virtually every location we can develop throughout the course of the meeting. Opening Night Welcome Reception: $1500 We will meet up at a fun Coeur d Alene location for a sponsored social event to welcome all the attendees to North Idaho. We are looking for a sponsor of this social you will have exclusive access and interaction with the attendees during the entire social event, as well as signage at the entrance to the social venue. You will receive a thank you at the event and the opportunity to address the attendees at the social. Boat/Dinner Cruise Sponsor: $2,500. One vendor, along with the Title Sponsor, will have the opportunity to showcase their business at this special banquet. The banquet will be held aboard a private cruise boat during a two-hour cruise of Lake Coeur d Alene. As the sponsor of the banquet, your business will receive signage aboard the boat and on all tables and the opportunity to speak to the attendees at the banquet. You will also receive numerous mentions and thank yous by the MC during the event. Training Sponsor: $1,500 each - 2 available. The highlight of the FBI NAA chapter meeting is the refresher training the attendees receive. This training is by nationwide speakers who draw a lot of attention and participation. This year, we have already booked the popular Gordon Graham and will be booking other high profile trainers as well. We are looking for sponsors of the two days of training. You will receive your name and logo on signage inside the training room as well as on materials handed out during the training day. You will also have the opportunity to make a presentation during the training day to all the attendees about your business and will receive numerous mentions and thank yous throughout the day and in the conference materials. The training will be open to other attendees outside of the regular FBI NAA attendees - so your visibility as a sponsor of the training will reach even more law enforcement decision makers. Meeting Lunch Sponsorship: $1000 each - 3 available. We are looking for sponsors of the three lunches for the meeting. You will receive your name and logo on signage outside the lunch venue, table tents on each table, the opportunity to distribute your marketing materials at the lunch and an exclusive opportunity to address the attendees during lunch. Meeting Breakfast or Refreshment Break Sponsorship: $500 each - 6 available. We are looking for sponsors of the various refreshment breaks during the course of the meeting. Sponsors will receive signage at the refreshment table, a mention and thank you prior to the refreshment break, and your name and logo on the thank you page included in the meeting materials. Goodie Bags for attendees: We are looking for items to include in goodie bags for each of the attendees. If you have something to donate, or would like to donate the bags themselves, contact us and we ll provide you with where to send the items and how many we ll need.

4 Exhibit Booths Available Exhibit hours will be from 6:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on October 1st and from 6:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. on October 2nd. Attendees will have time to visit the exhibit hall prior to training each day, and during breakfast, lunch and extended refreshment breaks each day. Each day will include a continental breakfast and a lunch served in the exhibit hall, as well as frequent refreshment breaks throughout both days. EXHIBIT BOOTHS - INSIDE LUNCH AND REFRESHMENT BREAK ROOM Only 15 exhibit booths will be available in the central refreshment room and lunch room where attendees will gather each break and lunch meals. Breakfast, lunch and all breaks will be served in this room, with exhibit tables on the outer perimeter of the room with direct access to attendees during all meal periods and break periods. You will receive dedicated time with the attendees on a regular basis throughout the conference. Cost per booth: $550 EXHIBIT BOOTHS - IN THE LOBBY AREA/HALLWAY BETWEEN TRAINING ROOM AND BREAK ROOM Another 15 exhibit booths will be available in the large hallway/lobby area that is located between the training room and immediately outside the break room. This area will be the place attendees will need to walk through to get to/from their training and to/from meals, breaks and to mingle before, during and after the conference. The lobby area/hallway will get plenty of traffic throughout the two days of exhibiting! Cost per booth: $425

Parking: Parking is provided at The Resort for overnight guests at a special rate of $10.00 overnight. For those attending just the meetings and not staying overnight, day-use parking is offered at $5.00 per day. Come Early for Golf Discounts The Resort at Lake Coeur d Alene features a one-of-a-kind golf course with the world s only floating green! Take advantage of this rare chance to play the course at a heavily discounted rate. The rate for FBI NAA members attending this conference is only $125 instead of the normal rate of $270. If you ve never golfed this course, come early and play a round. By sponsoring or exhibiting, you will be able to reach nearly 100 law enforcement and corrections executives including Sheriffs, Chiefs, Jail Administrators, Command Staff and more. This is a great opportunity to tell the story of your company and increase market awareness of your products and services by addressing an interested audience of law enforcement officials and executive decision makers. There are several sponsorship opportunities available, as well as our traditional exhibit tables. The FBI NAA Meetings continue to grow every year and exhibit floor space is expected to sell out. If you would like to be a part of this exciting meeting, please register early first come, first served! Cost Sponsor & Exhibitor FAQ COST $550 for tables inside the refreshment room; $425 for exhibit tables in the lobby EXHIBIT SPACE Each exhibit space will have a draped 8 table and 1 chair. If you are bringing your own exhibit, you must clear the dimensions with April Lee to ensure that we have available space. If you choose to bring your own exhibit you will be supplied with one chair, but no table due to space restrictions. When can I set up? Set up times will be September 30 from 7-10 p.m. Will the room be locked at night? Yes, the room will be locked each night. We do ask that you remove any items of high value each night before you leave. Please note the times the rooms are open you should be cleared from the room by the end of each evening. When can I expect attendees to visit my booth? Breakfast, lunch and all refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit room. Exhibit hours are October 1st from 6:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and October 2nd from 6:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. When do I need to tear down my exhibit? Tear down times will be October 2 from 3-5 p.m. Will there be electricity available for my exhibit? Yes. Please mark that you need electricity for your exhibit on the registration form. If you need more than one outlet, I would suggest bringing your own surge protector. Where should I make my hotel reservations?
