The groups gather in the school cafeteria at 10:15 a.m. for prayer and then move to classrooms for exciting and informing activities. Dismissal is at 11:30 a.m. from the cafeteria. Preparation for First Reconciliation (confession) and First Eucharist (Holy Communion) involve a two year process. The first year is a year of information and foundation which is followed by a year of focused preparation and reception of the sacraments. Preparation for Confirmation also involves a two year process. The Pre-Confirmation year continues a journey in faith with the second year direct preparation for Confirmation. Information! Questions! Inquiries! Registration! All can be directed to the Parish Religious Education Office (PREP). Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA): Adults who are interested in the Catholic Faith either seeking Baptism, (if not already received), First Eucharist (Holy Communion), and/or Confirmation are invited to explore the RCIA sessions on Mondays, from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The group gathers in room 103 on the school campus to pray, reflect on Jesus' Message in Scripture. Adults who have received the sacraments are welcome to join the group and be companions on the faith journey. For details call the parish office or the parish religious ed office.
