Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 am - 10:00 am. 3:00pm 7:00 pm. Saturday: 9:00 am to 12 noon Enrollment will be limited to first come first served basis. Waiting list is available. Registration fee is non-refundable. Class/Activity fees will not be refunded unless class or activity is cancelled. FEES: We request that the full fee be paid at the time of registration. A $10 fee will be charged for verification of attendance, payment, etc. Payment by check, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or money orders only. Make checks or money orders payable to: City of Los Angeles. A collection fee will be charged for each returned check. If paying by cash, please bring EXACT AMOUNT. We do not have change. Sports League requires a copy of the Child s Birth Certificate at registration. Personal insurance is needed. The City of Los Angeles does not provide insurance. Refund Policy: You may request a refund for a program before the program s schedules first day. A 20% administrative fee will be assessed by the recreation center for any patron granted a refund. Full refund will not by issued unless a class or sports league is cancelled by the center. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of all refund requests.
