The Edinburg Parks & Recreation Department is an official department of the City of Edinburg Municipal Government. Fitness paddles offer resistance in the water to help tone and strengthen muscles. Swimming ability is not required, and classes are offered to participants 15 years of age and older. A certified instructor, and coach will conduct workouts, help improve swimming skills, teach competitive swimming skills, and work individually with swimmers. Dates:...
