Expected value of all contracts to be executed during each year is Rs.6.0 Crore with value of each contract may vary between Rs.10.0 to Rs Interested contractors are requested to download Registration Form alongwith all Annexures upto E by visiting on website Last date of receipt of complete application is Application Fees of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) which is non-refundable to be deposited with application in form of Crossed Demand Draft in favour of General Manager, Gun Carriage Factory, Jabalpur. (d) He shall intimate the name of persons who are near relatives of the proprietor/ Partners/ Directors and or Gazetted / Commissioned Officers in GCF or Ministry of Defence. He shall also intimate the names of such persons who subsequently happen to be employed with him / it.

5 (e) He/ it shall not be eligible to Tender for the works under following conditions: aa) The works in the entire area of GCF where near relatives of proprietor/ Partners/Directors/ their employees are working as Gazetted/ Commissioned Officers. ab) The works in the entire area of GCF under whom near relatives of Proprietor/Partners/ Directors/ their employees are working as Chargeman. ac) Any breach by the contractor/ firm of the conditions at sl. no. (i) to (iii) above shall be considered sufficient ground to debar him/ it from registration or to remove him/ it from the approved list. Note: The term near relative means wife, husband, parents, children, brothers, sisters, uncle, first cousin, brothers/ sisters- in-law, Father/ mother in law. 12. I/ We agree to notify the officer accepting this application and registering my/ our names on the GCF List of contractors of any changes in the forgoing particulars as they occur and to verify and confirm these particulars annually on 1 st January and will apply for renewal of registration accordingly, failing which their registration may be cancelled. 13. I/ We agree to execute a BOND in favour of President of India in the form and to be amount prescribed as security against proper performance of work entrusted to me /us for execution in accordance with the applicable condition of contract as a condition precedent to my / our name being registered on the GCF List of Contractors. 14. I/We understand and agree that the appropriate GCF Authority has the right as he may decide, not to issue tender form in any particular case and also to suspend, remove or blacklist my / our name from the GCF List of contractors in the event of my / our submission of Non-bonafide Tenders of for Technical or other delinquency in regard to which the decision of the appropriate GCF Authority shall be final and conclusive. 15. For enlistment in category (B) Electrical Engineering Works, one of the engineers employed by the contractor should be degree/diploma holder in Electrical Engineering with requisite experience and the contractor should also employ persons having valid electrical license from Competent Authority on their permanent establishment. 3. Working capital with the contractor shall be judged from balance sheet/bank's certificate (as per Annexure E /bank statement for last 6 months/overdraft facility from bank/fixed deposit receipts with banks. 4. Immovable/movable property (minimum reserve) shall be exclusively in the name of contractor and not in the name of family members/relatives/others. In case of limited companies immovable/movable property (considered for minimum reserve) shall be exclusively in the name of company and should be reflected in the balance sheet of company
