1 The International Centre Goa Dr. E Borges Road, Dona Paula Goa Tel: Website: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Selection of Reputed Firms/ Event Management Companies The International Centre Goa (ICG) has been successfully organizing the annual Goa Arts and Literary Festival (GALF) ( since 2010 and invites reputed Firms/ Event Management Companies to partner, promote and build the GALF as a brand and make it a self-sustaining project. About GALF: The Goa Arts and Literary Festival is a regular gathering of writers, poets, painters, artists and readers, held on an annual basis at The International Centre Goa. It usually features a variety of presentations and readings by various authors, as well as other cultural events such as music, dance, plays, etc. delivered over a period of several days, with the primary objectives of promoting the authors/ artists fostering a love for literature, writing and art. Since inception, the Festival has emphasized different ways of belonging by showcasing the best artists, musicians, writers and poets of Indian & International repute. Should have partnered in building major brands; 2. Should have created Intellectual Property brands and nurtured them; 3. Should have undertaken preparation of strategies, arranging logistics & planning marketing for brand building; 4. Should have a minimum experience of at least five years in the field of promotion, brand building & event management including travel and hospitality with a minimum turnover of at least Rs. 50 Crores per annum in the last 2 years (supported by auditors certificate); 5. Should have managed at least two major brand building projects in the last 3 years with each project costing Rs. 5 Crores and above (supported by auditors/ clients certificate); 6. Preference will be given to companies having their own divisions or separate companies within the Group dealing in the areas of travel & hospitality, creation of IPs, event management, MICE, digital promotion, etc. Page 1 of 6

2 7. The International Centre Goa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof. EOI Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee for Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form of a Demand Draft or a Pay Order drawn in favour of The International Centre Goa payable at Panaji, Goa has to be submitted along with the EoI Response. EoI and processing fees should be packed in two separate sealed envelopes which should be packed together in a single sealed envelope. Deadline for Submission of EOI: All the information pertaining to the EOI shall be submitted in hard copy along with a soft copy on CD so as to reach the following address on or before 5:00 pm on 8 th July In case of any discrepancy in hard copy and CD, the provisions made in hard copy shall prevail. Management of Inaugural and Closing ceremonies including back stage management.
