Architects 2. Civil contractors 3. Interior Contractors 4. Modular Furnishing contractors 5. Electrical contractors 6. Plumbing Contractors 6. Air conditioning contractors Sr No. Eligibility Criteria : a) Architects : Particulars of eligibility criteria Person who have Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture either from India or abroad The applicant shall have done considerable extent of work of similar nature as architect for a period of more than 3 years They should be member of Indian Institute of Architects / Council of architecture or any other professional institutes They should be empanelled / registered with any Government Department / Public sector Banks. Documents to be enclosed in support of the credentials of the firm Copy of Educational qualifications of the chief architect Copies of registration of the firm / certificate of incorporation of the firm, copies of work order evidencing their experience as an architect for a period of more than 3 years Copy of membership with the institutes Copies of empanelment letters issued by the concerned departments / banks 5 The firm shall have adequate qualified staff Organization structure showing the staff details. 6 Registration with service Tax authorities Copy of valid registration certificate with service tax authorities

4 Sr No. b) Contractors : Particulars of eligibility criteria 1 The applicant must have executed considerable extent of work as a contractor in the concerned field (civil / interior contractor / modular furnishing contractor / electrical contractor / plumbing contractor / Air-cinditioning contractor) for a period of more than 3 years 2 They should be empanelled / registered with any Government / Public sector Banks and hold a valid registration Documents to be enclosed in support of the credentials of the firm Copies of registration of the firm / certificate of incorporation of the firm, copies of work order evidencing their exposure as a contractor in the same line of activity for a period of more than 3 years Copies of empanelment letter issued by the concerned department / banks 3 Financial capabilities Copies of balance sheet of the firms showing turnover for the last 3 years 4 Licenses from the competent authority Electrical contractors shall possess valid electricity license from state electricity board. 5 Registration with service Tax authorities Copy of valid registration certificate with service tax authorities.

Separate applications shall be submitted for empanelment of contractors towards civil, interior, modular furniture, electrical work, air-conditioning work and plumbing work. 2. Applications shall be submitted in prescribed format only. 3. Applications can be downloaded from Bank s website or can be collected from the following address. Late and incomplete application shall not be entertained 7. Bank reserves the right to reject all or any of the applications without assigning any reasons. 8. Envelope containing the application from shall be super scribed as Application for empanelment of (please specify relevant category of empanelment). 9. Last date for receipt of application is up to 6 pm 10. If the space provided in the form is not sufficient, additional sheets may be attached. 11. Each page of the application must be signed and rubber stamp affixed by the applicant. 12. This notice is purely for enlisting the qualified applicants in the panel.
