For application to be a Specially Registered Contractor (SRC), please complete two (2) sets of application forms in the attached format and return both sets by hand to TP Utilities Pte. Ltd., c/o Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, 20 Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island Singapore by 09 June 2017 not later than 11.00am. 2. Application forms received by post, by facsimile, or after stipulated date & time or submitted elsewhere will not be considered. 3. The applicants are required to submit sufficiently detailed information to convince Tuas Power Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") that the firms applying for special registration have similar experience in undertaking the technical, administrative and financial aspects of projects, assignments and/or contracts of a similar nature and size. 4. All instructions contained herein shall be strictly followed. Application form which is not duly completed may affect the firm's application to be a Specially Registered Contractor. 5. No claim for any expenses incurred in this application will be entertained by the Company. 6. All successful applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of this exercise and will be invited to purchase the Tender Documents after the site-showround, if any. 7. No appeal by the unsuccessful applicants will be entertained. 8.
