2 Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective Vendors and Contractors for Supply of various items and services Expression of Interest (EOI) Ref No: BPRL/P&C/EOI/ VR/1/ Dated 09/02/2018 Bharat PetroResources Limited (BPRL) was incorporated in October 2006, as a 100% subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), to take forward BPCL s strategy of vertical integration with its foray in the Upstream oil and gas industry. At present, BPRL has 22 blocks in 6 countries out of which 10 are overseas and 12 in India along with Equity stake in 2 companies in Russia that operate 4 Producing assets. BPRL has total of 26 discoveries including world-class discoveries in Mozambique and Brazil.Based on its performance, BPRL has been categorised as a Schedule B company by DPE, Govt. of India, in Nov BPRL is looking for registration of Vendors and Contractors who are experienced, credible, resourceful and competent for supply of various kinds of Items and services mentioned in the Annexure I. This invitation is for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective vendors as per requirement detailed herewith. Only the details of EOI are also available at our parent company corporate website Tenders Search with Tender / EOI name or Tender / EOI reference numbers BPRL/P&C/EOI/VR/1/ Dated 09/02/2018 and also at However, for apply for registration vendor has to visit EOI Ref No. BPRL/P&C/EOI/ VR/1/ (System ID 34856) only. 2. Please note that all our tenders will be having suitable Purchase Preference policy like Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises and Purchase Preference policy for Local Content Hence all the interested MSE vendors also may apply for the same to get the benefits as per the policies. 3. Vendors are requested to submit their credentials in detail including documentary evidence which may establish their proven track record by way of certificates from clients for performance and service support, Purchase Order copies of same/ similar equipments, technical details with catalog, Safety Data Sheet etc. Page 2 of 8

3 4. Vendors who are already enlisted /registered and doing similar jobs with BPCL also need to apply afresh. Vendors who are on the holiday list with BPRL or Ministry Of Petroleum and Natural Gas, India (MOPNG) will not be considered for evaluation. 5. Vendors to submit documents/information to satisfy BPRL requirements and should also be in a position to produce further information as and when required by BPRL. 6. Any vendor can participate in the EOI process. However, only vendors with technical, financial and credential competence for the items will be registered. BPRL s decision on any matter regarding registration of vendors shall be final and binding. 7. Registration of vendor shall be done for specific item(s). List of Items and services likely to be procured in the coming years are given in the Annexure I. Therefore vendor should clearly select item(s) and service (s) for which he is interested for registration. 8. Interested vendor has to submit his application in the e-portal i.e. in the EOI. Further vendor has to submit application along with mandatory documents in 2 sets, by subscribing EOI name and number on the envelop at following address on / before the due date of the EOI i.e. 22/03/2018. 4 10. BPRL at its discretion reserves the right to verify/re-verify the information submitted and inspects the vendor facilities to confirm the data submitted/ capabilities. 11. BPRL reserves the right to reject any /all applications without assigning any reason thereof including but not limited to on account of incomplete information, past performance with the other companies etc. 12. 5 14. The registration of Vendors through this process is not a confirmation of award of job from BPRL. 15. Submission of application along with the documents by manual mode (Hard copy) without submitting application in e-portal shall not be considered for evaluation. 16.
