6 TTX WAY AHEAD Invitation letter to FPC To decide the contents of invitation by OI and OJ by Sep.15.through MOFA (send the invitation letter by the end of Oct.) To get advice from SME by the end of Sep. we should write the final date of registration for DiREx in the invitation letter to FPC(at least by the beginning of FPC.) Agendas toward FPC To share information of IPC with ARF countries (Time table, scenario, location ) and request to attend the next FPC as much as possible Toset up the website for TTX.
