7 How Do You Get Involved? Get in contact with your Cluster Coordinators Be sure you are on the cluster mailing lists Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP): Begin planning your NGO programs for 2016 Attend the cluster workshops Receive and read the instructions and templates (early October) Submit your Project Sheets on the Online Project System by the deadline

8 Key Dates: 8 October: HRP Workshop, Erbil 9 14 October: Cluster strategy meetings with partners October: Partners develop HRP projects 26 October: Partners load projects in Online Project System (OPS)

9 Other Key Points: Facilitated by OCHA through the Clusters, with key inputs by Humanitarian Country Team (HCT) National NGOs, International NGOs, UN agencies are included Includes IDPs, host community, returns, refugees Based on Most Likely Scenario One-year duration Acceptance in the HRP does not equal approval of funding

10 OPS: What is OPS? Online Project System Online database: Holds all the humanitarian projects that are part of the global appeal You have to register as a user for your agency How do I register in OPS? How do I use information on OPS? How do I add a project to OPS?

11 How do I register in OPS? Create your account (indicate your , set your password). Complete your User Profile online (contact details, select your role, select your organization). Submit the access request to the OPS administrator. Check your ! The OPS Administrator will send you the access link within 24 hours. Activate the access link received by clicking on it.
