Witts, Sgt. McElroy, Det. DiGiacomo, Ptl. Kramer, Ptl. Sexton, & Ptl. Bruey hosted the annual Bicycle Safety Rodeo & Child Safety Seat Inspection event at Overbrook High School. September 21 st Chief Winters, Ptl. Monitzer, Ptl. Marino, Ptl. Brennan & Ptl. Valianti represented Team Pine Hill in the 3 rd Annual Addiction Recovery Softball Tournament at Valley Brook Fields. September 28 th The Sgt. McElroy, Sgt. Barrett, Ptl. Monitzer & Ptl. Kramer represented the PHPD Honor Guard in the Annual Blue Mass held at St. Agnus Church in Blackwood. See Community Oriented Programs on page 3 for additional events. SIGNIFICANT TRAINING Lt. Witts, Sgt. Farrell, Sgt. McElroy, Ptl. Monitzer & Ptl. Heron joined members of the Lower Camden County SRT at the 32 hour TacOps East Training Conference in Washington DC. Ptl. Sexton successfully completed the 40 hour Crime Scene Investigations Course at CCC Police Academy. Ptl. Brennan successfully completed the 24 hour ASP Baton Instructor Course at Burlington County College. Ptl. Locotos successfully completed the 40 hour JJC Patrol Bicycle Operator Course in Sea Girt. Ptl. Valianti successfully completed the 40 hour NJSP DWI Detection & SFST Training Course in Clarksboro Sgt. Barrett coordinated the 40 hour semi-annual Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Certification Course at CCC Police Academy. All Semi-annual Departmental Firearms Qualifications were completed See Officer Development section on page 4 for additional training information.
