24 OBJECTIVES PROGRAMME 2.0 CYCLE 2 24 To acquire personal guidance from the CEO in terms of organizational leadership and management skills To build and strengthen sustainable relationship between academia and industry in fulfilling the needs of IR4.0. To unleash leadership potentials of young academics through personal coaching with industry CEOs as a preparation for public university succession plans. To empower young academics in taking leadership roles at various levels in the university through continuous guidance and engagement with industry CEOs

25 25 PROGRAMME STRUCTURE Programme 2 CYCLE 2 will be divided into 3 Phases: Phase 1: Pre-attachment Fellows will go through learning modules to prepare them for the industry attachment. Pre - During Post - Phase 2: During attachment Continuation of pre-attachment modules, and periodical learning sessions that covers leadershiprelated modules. Phase 3: Post-attachment Re-entry preparation, and continuous engagement with the CEO@Faculty Programme.
