The Management is currently studying and looking into how to improve the overall branding and visibility of the Group, and over the next few months, we will be updating our company profiles, company websites, Plant labeling, and even possibly uniforms and vehicle labeling. The aim of this exercise is to ensure more visibility for the group and to ensure that LOH & LOH Group is known and recognized as one of the leading specialist infrastructure groups in Malaysia with over 45years of track record. Our track record in major national infrastructure projects includes 18 dams, 1st RCC dam in Malaysia, 900MLD Bukit Badong water treatment plant, 250,000PE and 300,000PE Kota Setar and Kangar Sewerage plants, Rawang-Ipoh Electrified Double Track, Seremban Gemas Double Track, and many more on the way such as the 250MW Hulu Terengganu Hydroelectric project, the Pahang- Selangor Interstate Semantan Intake and Kelau Dam. Our group track record is indeed impressive and our aim in this branding exercise is to ensure that this message is sent out. So watch out for our new profiles, website, plants, uniforms, etc in the coming months. LOH & LOH Development has recently completed the CONQUAS assessment by BCA Singapore (Building Construction Authority of Singapore) for Phase 2 Idaman Hills, Selayang and I am pleased to inform that we scored 77.5 out of 100 for our development. I congratulate our development team and hope that we will continue to improve and achieve our target score of 80.0 and above for all our future development soon. In line with our strategy for development, it is our intention to ensure that all purchasers of our developments have peace of mind with our development products in terms of internationally assured quality; therefore all our future developments will be assessed by the CONQUAS system. This will improve the branding of our development division as a developer of quality homes. We recently had our Head Office Buka Puasa gathering and all staff that attended was treated to a wide and extensive buffet spread in Sime Darby Convention Center. I believe everyone had a good time and was stuffed just sampling one of each type of food! The management also had a Buka Puasa function for 400 persons at our Hulu Terengganu site, our largest project site, for staff, consultants and TNB, our client. Hulu Terengganu site is currently our largest project in terms of value as well as number of staff with over 315 staff members excluding sub contractors and JV partner staff. Everyone was treated to a sumptuous spread of food and many enjoyed themselves as they had several rounds of food. We are in the midst of the Raya Period and I wish all Muslim staff Selamat Hari Raya!
