3 Looking Ahead 2019 Call to Action Participate in Statewide Initiatives Mothers and Newborns affected by Opioids (OB & Neo) Immediate Postpartum Long Acting Reversible Contraception (IP LARC) Teams continue implementing sustainability plans and compliance monitoring Severe Maternal Hypertension Golden Hour Initiatives ILPQC will continue to engage stakeholders, patients/families, and hospital teams from across the state to provide: opportunities for collaborative learning, rapid response data and QI support
4 2019 ILPQC QI Initiatives MNO teams: Work to complete key QI strategies and implement MNO-OB OUD protocols and MNO-Neo OEN protocols for every screened positive patient, every time Contact for MNO Grand Rounds request IPLARC teams: Wave 1 teams work to complete key QI strategies to achieve their GO LIVE goal by March 2019 All other hospitals, please submit a Wave 2 Team Roster by May 1 st, 2018 Contact info@ilpqc.org for more information on participating in IPLARC, Alternate Strategies to Improve Postpartum Care, or scheduling a Wave I Key Player Meeting or Grand Rounds
