26 Our mission is to reduce the number of adverse outcomes in perinatal and infant health by working collaboratively in this network to improve health equity in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

27 Membership is voluntary /application necessary. Maryland, Virginia and D.C. will be represented. Membership can be added as needed for the identified projects. Member will be affiliated with one or more workgroups. Member commits to at least two conference calls for his/her workgroup annually. Member commits to one conference call annually with the combined four workgroups to share progress. Member commits to one in person meeting each November. (Prematurity Awareness Month)
