10 What makes Germany different Two different legal models needed for temporary labour and freelancer services MSP has to combine these legal models under one roof of service delivery Compliance issues especially regarding co-employment Labour law that in general requires a big involvement on the client side
11 What makes Germany different Hiring community not used to MSP solutions Implementation of an MSP requires an entire change management for the hiring community as well as the compliance management MSP models have to be transparent to the organization Buy in of the end users are very important as people don t take solutions for granted but want to understand the details in order to feel well prepared and to have the security that the model will work in practice
12 What makes Germany different Telefonica Germany has built strong relationships with their suppliers and the hiring managers and will also in the future put the suppliers into a powerful position Objectives have in the long term been more focussed on securing the high quality delivery than cost savings Compliance and legal security will become more important
13 How Germany fits into the international roll out We took German constraints seriously We used the international MSA just as a framework to measure and benchmark generally valid SLAs and KPIs We added legal compliance to the scope of services We didn t interfere in finding the solution from a global perspective We trusted Germany to find the best local solution and they did
