Note: Each Nominee / company is to nominate in minimum one and maximum three categories. Nomina on fees is INR 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) for each category nomina on. Payment made in Cash/DD/Cheque/DD/RGTS in Favour of Hot Entertainment and Media Pvt. Ltd. Last date for receiving entries is July30, 2017 TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1.
