1 UDIA NSW CROWN GROUP AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN URBAN DEVELOPMENT 201 ENTRY 7 INFORMATION
2 UDIA NSW PRESIDENT S MESSAGE I am delighted to announce that the 2017 UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence are now open for entry. In their 23rd year, the awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement in innovation, sustainability and industry leadership in the urban development industry. The awards showcase the outstanding contribution that developers, architects, engineers, councils, government agencies and planners make to the industry. Nominees undergo a rigorous process of assessment and evaluation, and the winners are selected for their standout commitment to excellence. Winners and finalists are able to leverage off the awards prestige to promote their projects to the community, key stakeholders and the media. Some winners also have the opportunity to represent NSW in the UDIA National Awards for Excellence. The program is part of the Institute s commitment to liveable, affordable and connected cities. It is also a platform for the exchange of ideas on trends and standards across a wide range of areas from the latest in technology, sustainability, environmental preservation and cutting-edge marketing. I wish all entrants the very best. THANK YOU TO THE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE GOLD SPONSOR Arthur Ilias UDIA NSW President Wentworth Point Marinas by Billbergia Developments Pty Ltd
