Brrr...It s cold outside! Grab a sweater, a blanket and a mug of hot chocolate and stay cozy and warm by a fireplace! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season. Don t forget that we administer the Hampden Emergency Fuel Fund for anyone in town, regardless of age, that find themselves in a heating crisis. Contact Wendy for additional information. We appreciate donations to this fund. Thanks to the Wilbraham American Legion Post 286 for their recent donation as well as other very generous anonymous donors. Also, remember that we have a food pantry here and we are always accepting donations of non perishable shelf stable food items. The food pantry is available to anyone in town regardless of age. Senator Lesser s office will not be here in January as our friend Mary Lee Walsh is moving out of the area. Many thanks to Mary Lee for her constant support of the senior center and keeping the Senator informed of programs and concerns here in Hampden. Best wishes Mary Lee, we look forward to meeting your replacement. Stop in after January 9th to see our new look and participate in one of our great programs! BECKY.. WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES!!!
