3 REGISTRATION POLICIES: RMFMA Texas Chapter would like to invite you to the one day vendor expo to be held at the Texas Motor Speedway on November 15, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are honored to offer this event absolutely FREE* to the attendees. Upon entry, meal tickets will be issued for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be served until 9:30 a.m. and the first presentation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Each Attendee will have the opportunity to win the following prizes: Two (2) Victory Lane Club Tickets for any 2014 Texas Motor Speedway Race (valued at $400 each) Two (2) $100 Gift Certificates for dinner in The Speedway Club Eight (8) Team Texas Ride of a Lifetime Race Car Rides! Attendees will be required to participate in three presentations hosted by our Platinum & Gold Sponsors; after each presentation, cards will be punched and then entered into the drawing to win one of the prizes listed above. Race Car Rides are also available for individual purchase for $ each and Pace Car Rides can be purchased for $10.00 each. In a time where budget cuts and travel restrictions are widespread, we know that this show will be a premiere opportunity for networking and onsite equipment displays to aid in purchases for the upcoming fiscal year. Pre-registration is required to attend FREE* and is important so that we can notify registrants if unforeseen circumstances arise and require us to cancel or reschedule. 6 TECHNICIAN COMPETITION GUIDELINES Accepting entries October 1 - November 4, No entries will be accepted after this date. First round of testing will begin at 8:45 a.m. on November 15, 2013 Contestants will be identified by armband and will be escorted through testing areas. Competition will be open to 2 technicians per RMFMA TX Chapter Member Agency. Maximum of 30 technicians allowed for competition first come, first serve basis. Written Portion Limited to 20 minutes. Hands On 3 technicians will be rotated through this portion 3 light duty GM test vehicles will be in need of a specific repair which will be diagnosed for the hands-on portion of the competition. Limited to 20 minutes. Talking between participants is NOT allowed during the competition and will result in AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION. Winner will be announced at Awards Ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Grand prize is a NAPA 41 Roll-Away Tool Box Second Prize is a NAPA Small Roll Around Tool Box 5

7 TRUCK TIRE RODEO GUIDELINES Accepting entries October 1 - November 4, No entries will be accepted after this date. Testing will be from 1 p.m. 2 p.m. on November 15, 2013 Contestants will be identified by armband and will be escorted through testing areas. Competition will be open to 2 technicians per RMFMA TX Chapter Member Agency. Maximum of 30 technicians allowed for competition first come, first serve basis. Hands On 3 technicians will be rotated through this portion Contestants will be required to dismount an 11r-22.5 truck tire, using tire bars. Roll the Tire 25 ft, around a cone and back to the starting line to then remount the tire. Fastest Time wins In the event of a tie, a runoff will take place to determine the winner Winner will be announced at Awards Ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Grand Prize is a NAPA Small Roll Around Tool Box 6
