Between April 25-27, 2018, approximately 200 public treasurers and municipal finance professionals will congregate at the Marriott Oakland City Center, Oakland, California. These representatives from California public agencies look forward to professional education, discussion of current events, and learning about new products and services to better serve their organizations. The 59th Annual Conference is an excellent opportunity for you to meet and speak with these key decision-makers and find out how your company can best meet their needs. We have taken into consideration the valuable feedback our exhibitors and sponsors provided about last year s annual conference and will further improve vendor experience by increasing the number and quality of interaction opportunities. ABOUT CMTA CMTA was founded in 1958 by a handful of Municipal Treasurers from both Northern and Southern California whose primary interest was to improve their function in local government. A few years later this group and others who had joined them sponsored the creation of the Municipal Treasurers Association of the United States and Canada. From a small beginning this organization now boasts a membership numbering in the hundreds, which has promoted the formation of other state associations throughout the United States and Canada. Refunds, less an administrative fee of $100 per booth, will be made at the discretion of CMTA, but no refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of setup day.
