2 C o n f e r e n c e D e t a i l s Hotel Information The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center is offering a conference rate of $140 single/double per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Please make your room reservation before January 15, Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the Hotel Roanoke by calling Raffle Tickets for our annual raffle will be on sale in the Washington Lecture room (benefiting the Pat Mackenzie Foundation and the ): 1 for $3, 5 for $10 and 20 for $30. Raffle winners will announced on Saturday, February 24th at 5:00pm Friday Social Please join us Friday, February 23rd from 6:00-7:30pm in the Lower Commonwealth Lounge. We will have appetizers, a cash bar and a door prize! Business Meeting During the lunch break at 12:00pm in the Washington Lecture Room, we will hold our Business Meeting, We will announce our Technician of the Year and have the instillation of the 2018 Executive Board Members. We will also go over our Registration Registration includes: Attendance at all lectures Speaker Notes (receive an electronic copy prior to meeting or to purchase a hard-copy, please see registration form) Receptions on Thursday and Friday, and the Social Friday Night Continental breakfasts, breaks and lunches Regular Registration Deadline Registration received online after January 22, 2018 will be charged the late registration rate Students Student conference registration is complimentary. If you choose to participate in breaks and lunches, please indicate the days you will be attending. BRRC students will have their Friday meals sponsored by BRCC. NVCC students will have their Saturday meals sponsored by the Northern Virginia Veterinary Medical Association.
