Maintain record of all the beneficiaries supported by the project Maintain excellent relations with the funding partner as well as the beneficiaries Ensure that health projects are effective in achieving results and meeting set target for children and their families, as planned. Effective and quality implementation of health interventions, monitor efficient medicines management MBBS with additional qualification of MPH from recognized institutions with valid PMDC registration. Lady Health Visitor (LHV) PKR 38,000/= per month Maternal health care services, Providing ANC and related obstetric including provision of necessary micronutrients. Follow-ups and report on all births reported in the community. Provide child spacing counseling and services. Complete reports on weekly basis or as otherwise instructed. Assist in deliveries of pregnancies and collaborate with vaccinators to ensure EPI coverage. Using specialist healthcare interventions to meet the health-related needs of individuals, families, groups and communities, as well as assessing and evaluating their effectiveness. Advising and informing new parents on issues such as feeding, sleeping, safety, physical and emotional development, weaning, immunization and other aspects of childcare. Giving support from early pregnancy to a child's early weeks and throughout their childhood - providing a gateway to other services as required. Identifying risk factors and signs of concern and working with organizations to protect and safeguard children, as well as making sure families receive support during safeguarding arrangements. Providing emotional support regarding issues such as postnatal depression, bereavement, disability, family conflict and domestic violence. supporting government initiatives to tackle child poverty and social exclusion; Maintaining and updating client records. Preference will be given to local district candidates. Medical Assistant PKR 38,000/= per month Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of. 4 Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed by. Keeping records of medicine supply and issuance of medicine to Patients. Keeping Inventory of all medical equipment. Receiving of medicine from Chemist on signed prescription from medical officer or authorized person. Diploma in Dispenser and/or diploma in Medical Assistant. More than 3 years of relevant working experience in field of Public Health projects, preferably with well reputed International humanitarian organizations. Good in patient care and providing treatment. Strong in Maintaining medical records, record keeping and filing system Good communication and presentation skills and ability to meet deadlines Have the capability to work under minimum supervision More than 2 to 3 years of working experience in relevant field, preferably with well reputed national/international organizations. Excellent Presentation and Communication skills. Fluent in Pashto & Urdu Language and Good in written English. Ability to work well in a team in difficult circumstances. Preference will be given to local district candidates. Pharmacist PKR 35,000/= per month Review and execute physician s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration Listen carefully to recipients to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc. Page 4 of 5

5 Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication Keep well-informed of advancements in medicine by collaborating with other healthcare professionals Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Matriculation with Science. 2 years pharmacy technician course from registered institution with valid registration from Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP). Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology with Valid license to practice the profession. More than 2 years proven experience as a pharmacist. Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems (e.g. Medi Tech, Mediware etc.) Good organizing skills Excellent communication skills with a beneficiaries oriented approach Fluent in Pashto & Urdu Language.
