If you have previously sponsored one or more PIUG conferences, we will be in contact with you shortly as you will be eligible for a discount as a token of our gratitude for your continued and generous support. Choice of lunch and breakfast dates for the Annual Conference will be on a first paid, first served basis. Please send the completed forms to PIUG by or fax as indicated on the sheet. We will then send to you a Sponsorship/Exhibit Agreement for your review and signature. Once the PIUG has received your signed Sponsorship/Exhibitor Agreement by , fax or mail, your organization's logo and description will be displayed on the conference website in accordance with the attached Sponsorship/Exhibitor Benefits table.
