Exhibition Rule 1) Logo and Advertisement Submission - Logo and Advertisement will be printed on all production and program book. - Due Date : October 20, 2017 (Friday) - File Type : Adobe Illustrator (*.ai) - Submission linda@speaence.com (Ms. Linda Seo) 2) Exhibitor Registration - Please refer below information on free registration and benefits depends on sponsor grades. Exhibitor Registration - After receiving your name badge at the registration desk, you will be allowed free entry ONLY to exhibition hall. - Additional registration of Exhibitor is available on official website. Please refer above table and website for registration. For the Free-Registration, please apply for registration at the HPLC 2017 Jeju website ( by October 27 (Fri). Only exhibitors registered on the HPLC 2017 Jeju website will be accepted as Free- Registrants, and If there is any change, please contact to the secretariat of HPLC 2017 Jeju. Only pre-registered visitors will be allowd to enter the venue.

6 < How to register Free-Registration of EXHIBITOR 1. Please visit the HPLC 2017 Jeju website ( 2. Press 'SIGN UP' on the right menu and sign up 3. After log in, click 'Registration in the top menu and enter the registration code and click 'Enter'. 4. After checking the number of participants, enter the participant's personal information and select detailed options. 5. Click Submit button. 2. Exhibition Booth Operation (Installation & Removal) 1) Booth Installation With regard to booth installation, the secretariat of HPLC 2017 Jeju will provide the only basic booth in the exhibition hall, and in case of seperate booth, we will provide only an area. The bottom of the booth installation space must be carpeted (carpet or pytex), including the work area. Also painting is not allowed in the booth installation. All materials used for the installation of exhibits must be flame retarded according to the fire prevention regulations. 2) Booth Removal Be sure to strictly observe the removal time.(removal Date: November 9 (Thu), The removing booth must be completed by 15:00, If you do not remove the booth, you will be charged a fee for using the venue.) 3) Parking Free parking is available for the vehicles of participating companies (including installation and removal).

If you want rental items, please check <Attachment 1> and apply separately. The Organizing Committee will provide electricity for 1KW per booth free of charge, Due to the limited use of electricity in the venue, additional power is NOT available.
