The time has come, once again, when we will gather together to enjoy an unforgettable weekend of southern hospitality, fellowship, camaraderie and a renewed sense of purpose. Beautiful Jacksonville, Florida, the "River City, will serve as the host city for the 2017 Southern Province Council. We will reunite with old friends while embracing new ones. On behalf of the Southern Province Silhouettes and as your Southern Province Coordinator, I wish to extend a heartfelt congratulations and thank you to the Jacksonville, Florida Silhouettes on being selected as the Host Chapter for the 67th Southern Province Council. I know that they are orchestrating what will be a successful conference, one you don t want to miss it. Many hours have been spent planning and preparing for your arrival and to make sure that you have a memorable stay. Thank you Jacksonville Silhouettes for your enthusiasm and hard work insuring that this meeting is one of business as well as pleasure. We are excited and looking forward to the plans you have in store.
