A female from 17 Terry Blvd. come out and stated that the male was drinking with the earlier in the night and his boyfriend had broken up with him so he stood up and stated he was going to call the Police. The female stated he could stay there and just sleep it off and the male stated he wanted to go to jail. Upon arrival I observed a male laying on the living room floor. The male had a ripped shirt and blood on his shirt but he wasn't actively bleeding and I was unable to identify an injury. The
3 male was breathing hard and unresponsive. Residents of the house stated that the male knocked on the door and then feel to the floor breathing hard and not responding. The male then woke up and started talking. Shelena advised that she went to Wal-Mart around 3:30 p.m. She said that she left her purse in her sisters van that she was riding in. Shelena advised that when she returned to the vehicle about a 1/2 hour later she found that her purse was missing. Shelena said that the passenger door to the van was left unlocked.
