Arrested: Villacana, Phillip, Age: 24, Charge: HS, HS, Warrant Arrested: Pedreza, Juan, Age: 29, Charge: HS 1900 block of Lucas St 3:09 pm A call with screaming heard in the background was received via 911. Officers responded and found it was children playing, parties were strongly advised. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2016 Grand Theft Auto Grand Theft 1400 block of Seventh St 5:58 am Victim reported his truck and trailer were stolen from the location. Officer Vehicle Taken: 1995 Dodge Ram & 2003 Ziemn Trailer 700 block of Arroyo Ave 7:03 am Victim reported numerous power tools stolen from the location.
