1 KETCHIKAN POLICE DEPARTMENT CITY OF KETCHIKAN 361 MAIN STREET, KETCHIKAN, AK PH (907) FAX (907) May 5, 2014 On at about 3:41 PM, Officers arrested Dallas Dundas, 45 years of age of Metlakatla AK, on an outstanding warrant for failing to complete community work service. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 2:32 PM, Officers arrested Steven Duane Cox, 53 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for a Therapeutic court violation. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on No bail. On at about 8:30 PM, Officers arrested Doug E Vill, 54 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Trespass. He was taken to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ Bail. On at about 6:43 AM, Officers received a report of a domestic dispute between a male and female. Officers conducted an investigation which resulted in Andrew Michael Morris, 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, being arrested for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on No bail. On at about 8:13 PM Officers arrested Erik D Waters 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for a parole Warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 11:52 PM Officers arrested Michael L Baham 28 years of age of Ketchikan AK on 2 outstanding warrants. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail for each warrant. On at about 11:42 PM Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Water street for a Motor vehicle collision. Upon investigation it was determined that Damion Sternod 19 years of age of Ketchikan AK, had no valid operators license; he was issued a Citation with a mandatory court date. On at about 2:14 AM Officers arrested Gregorio J Makua, 22 years of age of Ketchikan on 2 outstanding warrants. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ Bail. On at about 3:54 PM Officers arrested Josi K Draper 18 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail.

2 On at about 12:51 PM Officers arrested Sharon V Samson, 22 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $2, bail. On at about 5:34 PM Officers arrested Armond L Deweese, 45 years of age of Port Orchard, WA for an outstanding warrant out of the State of Washington. He was charged with Fugitive from Justice and transported to Ketchikan Correctional center where he was held on No Bail. On at about 8:42 AM Officers arrested David I Skelton, 22 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant. He was taken to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 4:57 PM Officers issued Jennifer R Kucera, 38 years of age of Ketchikan AK, a citation for Concealment of Merchandise. She was found to of taken $37.06 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. On at about 4:36 PM Officers arrested Jeremy Lassiter, 34 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the fourth degree - domestic violence. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No bail. On at about 11:21 PM Officers arrested Tod A Vanwormer, 48 Years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Disorderly Conduct Loud noise. He was taken to Ketchikan Correctional center and released on his own recognizance. On at about 2:23 PM Officers arrested Walter R Johnston III, 61 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Misconduct Involving a Controlled substance in the Sixth degree and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail for the Violation condition charge. On at about 09:55 AM the School resource Officer took a report of 2 juveniles, 15 and 17 years of age, breaking into and trespassing on the High schools maritime boat. After investigation there were charges refereed for both juveniles with Juvenile Probation for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth degree and Criminal Trespass in the second degree. The 14 year old juvenile was additionally charged with Criminal Trespass in the First degree. On at about 11:47 PM Officers arrested Brady W Groghan, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. He was taken to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $50.00 bail. 2

3 On at about 4:33 PM Officers arrested Doug E Vill, 54 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Criminal Trespass. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 11:15 AM Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2900 Block of Tongass Avenue. The driver of the vehicle Robert R Phillips, 28 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Driving while License is Revoked and Violation of conditions of release. The vehicle was released to the passenger of the vehicle. Mr. Phillips was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 10:52 PM Officers arrested Jamie C Edwards, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for 3 outstanding warrants. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ Bail. On at about 3:49 PM Officers arrested Carrie L John, 28 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 10:06 AM Officers arrested Clifford G Lervick, 49 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $10, bail. On at about 10:31 AM Officers arrested Kevin C Jordan, 41 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for violating a Protective order. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No bail. On at about 4:25 AM Officers arrested Donte W Nix, 18 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on 2 outstanding warrants for Failure to Appear for hearings. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ Bail. On at about 4:25 PM Officers arrested Skyler C Makua, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 1:30 PM Officers arrested Walter R Johnston III, 61 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 12:55 PM Officers arrested Kegan B Hastings, 21 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Burglary in the First degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third degree. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $5, bail. 3

4 On at about 07:34 AM Officers arrested Lashaunda R.L Milne, 26 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant for Petition to revoke probation. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 3:24 AM Officers were out with a male after multiple contacts previously that night. Officers contacted Walter R Johnston III, 61 years of age of Ketchikan AK. While being transported he began to get violent and hitting the window. He refused to stop after being asked to. He was advised he would be arrested for Disorderly Conduct Violent and Tumultuous. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and was set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 11:11 PM Officers arrested Sean C Dedolph, 44 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $5, bail. On at about 11:00 PM Officers arrested Shelly J Douglas, 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Petition to revoke Probation. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $2, bail. On at about 11:23 PM Officers contacted Miriah L Deanda, 19 years of age and Ryan J Miles, 18 years of age both of Ketchikan AK. Both were issued citations for Misconduct Involving a controlled substance in the Sixth degree and sent on their way. On at about 12:43 PM Officers issued a juvenile, 16 years of age a ticket for Possession of Tobacco by a minor. On at about 11:12 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, after receiving a report of items being thrown from the vehicle at pedestrians. The passenger William J Jackson Jr, 18 years of age was issued a citation for throwing objects in Public places. On at about 10:12 PM Officers arrested Jessica R Fowler, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Failure to complete Community work service. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 9:06 PM Officers arrested Walter D Reichard, 33 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Mischief in the Third degree. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 12:56 PM Officers arrested Donnie W Bell, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Online Enticement of a Minor, and 3 counts of Distribution of Indecent Material to minors. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $25, bail. 4

5 On at about 6:03 AM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 3 rd avenue Bypass. The driver of the vehicle, Christopher R Stacy, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Driving While license is Revoked and Violation of Conditions of release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ Bail. On at about 3:58 PM Officers issued Melissa D Williams, 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, a ticket for Theft in The Third degree. She was found to of taken $ worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. On at about 12:22 PM Officers issued a citation to John D Murphy, 45 years of age from Ketchikan AK, for Driving While license is suspended. On at about 10:23 AM Officers arrested Alexander D Orr, 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Assault in the Fourth degree. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $1, bail. On at about 3:53 PM Officers arrested Briana M Yates, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree after Officers were dispatched to the hospital for a female assaulting staff. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $1, bail. On at about 1:19 PM Officers arrested Rudy C Buendia, 29 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving while License is revoked. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 9:53 AM Officers arrested Lawrence E Tomal, 59 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. On at about 9:18 PM Officers arrested Alexander D Orr, 24 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Criminal Trespass. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and was set to be released on his own recognizance, On at about 1:41 PM Officers arrested Donovan F Silva, 44 years of age of Ketchikan, AK for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on No Bail. On at about 1:05 PM Officers arrested Josie K Draper, 18 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Violation of conditions of Release and Driver Must be licensed. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional center and held on $ bail. 5
