1 PRESS RELEASE Christopher Protsman Chief of Police Released: August 20, 2018 POLICE BLOTTER Monday, August 13, An officer had taken a report earlier at 2124 Stockton and had affidavits signed for Trespassing and Telephone Harassment. John T. Raby (W/M/42) was arrested and transported to KPD jail An officer stopped a vehicle on Wilmington Pk at Cloverfield for no lights on at night. Nathan S. Thomas (W/M/29) was arrested for Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia, and Amanda M. Radenheimer (W/F/35) was arrested for Drug Paraphernalia. Both were transported to KPD jail Officers were dispatched to 629 Lamont Dr. on a suspicious person. Zachary J. Huff (W/M/33) was arrested for Breaking and Entering Tuesday, August 14, Officers responded to 544 Telford on report of a disturbance. Robert A. Jackson (B/M/26) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Official Business and Assault on a Peace Officer, and transported to KPD jail Officers responded to 3955 Parliament on report of a male lying outside his open car door. Shawn J. Eyler (W/M/29) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to KPD jail. He was also issued summons for drug paraphernalia and marijuana found in his vehicle
2 1600 An officer faxed a warrant to the Montgomery County Jail for John M. Brown for theft through Kettering Municipal Court An officer stopped a vehicle at Far Hills and Greendale for speeding. Brittany K.T. Lash (B/F/24) was arrested for a felony RSP warrant and was issued 4 citations An officer conducted a traffic stop on Wilmington at Swigert for a registration violation. Terry E. Davis (W/M/55) had an active warrant through The Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a Parole Violation. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail without incident Wednesday, August 15, Officers responded to the rear of 4519 Wilmington Pk on a subject passed out on the sidewalk. Norman D. Ferguson Jr (W/M/52) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct (PI) and transported to KPD jail Officers responded to the McDonalds at 2901 Wilmington Pk on report of a male bothering patrons. Robert A. Todd (W/M/48) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct (PI), and given a summons for Open Container in Public. Leah D. Jackson (W/F/35) was arrested for a trespass warrant and was also charged with felony Drug Possession. Both subjects were transported to KPD jail without incident Summons Giania Pacheco (W/F/35) possession of marijuana An officer was dispatched to Toys-R-Us, Miamisburg/Centerville Road, to meet with a Carlisle PD officer who had detained Dorothy Simmons, (W/F/41), on a Kettering Municipal Courts warrant. Simmons was transported to the Kettering PD Jail Thursday, August 16, An officer conducted a traffic stop on Smithville for a moving violation. Kelsey J. Bolson (W/F/27) was arrested for felony drug possession

Meyer (W/M/23) summons possession of marijuana Officers responded to Kettering Court to serve a warrant on Darren Dotson (W/M/18). Suspect was transported to Kettering Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop on Bigger at Belloak. William T. Shannon (W/M/19) was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana An officer conducted a traffic stop at Wilmington and Beavercreek on a 2011 Ford Focus. Johnathan P T Kendrick (B/M/29), had a warrant from Oakwood PD and was under suspension. Suspect was transported to Kettering Jail Officers were dispatched to 1259 Westcliff on report of a possible overdose. Sean M Fortney (W\M\19) showed an active warrant from MCSO and was transported to Kettering Jail Friday, August 17, An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Woodman. Catherine R. Biagioli (W/F/52) had warrants issued for her arrest through Kettering (falsification) and Xenia (theft). Biagioli was arrested on the confirmed warrants and transported to the jail Jacob James Claude Snyder (W/M/25) was issued a summons for marijuana possession Officers were dispatched to check on a female in front of 3535 Southern Blvd. Kimberly D. Megnin, W/F/31, was arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication

Smead (W/M/35) on a confirmed Xenia PD warrant Officers responded to the Waffle House on Indian Ripple to meet with Beavercreek PD about a domestic violence complaint which occurred in our city. Edward J. Brabston IV (W/M/48) was arrested for felony domestic violence Officers responded to the area of the Fraze Pavilion for a suspicious female. Kimberly D. Megnin (W/F/31) was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, and failure to identify Jessica L. Packard (W/F/16) and Brianna L. Creech (W/F/18) were issued summons for marijuana possession An officer was dispatched to Meijer, 4075 Wilmington Pk. on a trespassing complaint. Eugene Feher, (W/M/77), was issued a summons for trespassing and released An officer checked the LEADS files and found and active warrant for Daniel E. Bowman, (W/M/31). Bowman was located at 101 Sheringham and was arrested Officers went to 1965 E. Bataan Drive to attempt a warrant service. Megan E. Ullom, W/F/29, was located and arrested for a confirmed FTA Warrant from Beavercreek PD An officer conducted a traffic stop at 2274 Patterson Road. Adam J. Ballard, W/M/34, was found to have a Montgomery County Felony Probation Warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Ballard was arrested without incident Dylan M. D. 5 2339 An officer responded to the Xenia Jail to pick up Eric A. Coates (W/M/37) on a Kettering warrant for DUS Officers responded to 520 Wiltshire Apt A to locate Shawn M. Hayden (W/M/36). He had an active MCSO warrant on indictment for three counts of GSI and disseminating matter to juveniles in a Kettering case. Hayden was arrested on the confirmed warrant and transported to the jail An officer made a traffic stop on Wilmington at Bigger. Terrill D. Garrett (B/M/28) was arrested for a FTA Warrant through Xenia Pd, and issued citations for no OL and window tint. Unique P.
