Upon arrival at the scene it was determined that the defendant, while operating his 2009 Chevrolet Malibu motor vehicle, had veered off the roadway and struck three other motor vehicles which were parked unoccupied in the driveway of 316 Cherry St. Additional investigation at the scene determined the defendant to have been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The defendant was transported to the Oswego City Police Department without incident, where he was processed and held awaiting arraignment. Page 9 of 77

While in the holding cell, Woodrow did spit into a wad of toilet paper and then did place that toilet paper onto the window of the holding cell, contaminating the holding cell. Oswego County jail turned the subject over to us knowing there was an active bench warrant. The warrant was issued from Oswego City Court and signed by Judge Metcalf. The subject has a bail of $500cash/$1000 bond. Docket # DR # On 02/20/2013 at 12:00 p.m. the subject was arraigned before Judge Metcalf. Judge Metcalf kept the bail at $500 cash/$1000 bond and had the subject remanded until bail was posted. The subject was able to post bail of $500 cash and was released from Oswego PD.
