1 PRESS RELEASE Christopher Protsman Chief of Police Released: March 26, 2018 POLICE BLOTTER Monday, March 19, An officer responded to Warren Co Jail to pick up a subject held on our warrant. Brandon Lee Arbaugh, w/m, 21, was arrested on the FTC warrant with original charge of Probation Violation, and transported to KPD Jail Officers were dispatched to 3535 Southern Blvd (Kettering Medical Center) for a disorderly person. Upon arrival, they met with security who advised Todd C. Leffel (W/M/46) was awaiting a ride. Their investigation revealed Leffel had violated a protection order. He became combative during his arrest. He was charged with TPO violation, Obstructing Official Business and Resisting Arrest Tuesday, March 20, An officer took an arrest by fax for Soloman Igbinijesv (B/M/34) who was being held at MCSO Jail. He had active warrants through Kettering for Fleeing and Eluding and Obstruction of Official Business Officers responded to 2904 Culver Av. Upon arrival, they located Nathan M. Cottrell (W/M/26). Cottrell had an active warrant through Kettering for Burglary. He was taken him into custody and transported him to KPD Jail without incident

2 Shawn D. Perkins, W/M/43, was issued a summons for dog at large Corey P. Whisenhunt, W/M/29, was issued a summons for allowing his dog to bark continuously becoming a public nuisance Wednesday, March 21, An officer responded to the KPD jail to complete warrant arrest paperwork on Michael D. Burroughs, b/m/30, who was transported from the Lebanon Correctional Facility to the KPD jail An officer responded to 3908 Wilmington Pk on a dead body complaint. Dominique L Washington, b/f, 39, was found deceased. There were no signs of suspicious activity. The Coroner s office was called to the scene to take custody of the body An officer conducted a traffic stop on E. Wren Circle for an equipment violation. Upon investigation, he learned that one of the passengers, Davon L. Clark (B/M/37) had an active warrant for his arrest through Montgomery County for FTA / Child Support. The warrant was confirmed and Clark was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer conducted a traffic stop at the BP, 2361 Smithville Rd., for a moving and equipment violation. Upon investigation, he found that Jesse N. Edwards (W/M/29), was in possession of a meth pipe and an unknown substance, suspected to be heroin and / or methamphetamine. Edwards was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drugs. He was transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer conducted a traffic stop on Wilmington at Dawn for a moving violation. Upon investigation, he discovered that Amy Muran (W/F/37) was in possession of suspected heroin and a syringe. Muran was arrested for Possession of Drugs and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. She was transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer stopped a vehicle at W. Stroop and Cordell for no taillights. Upon contact, the driver acted very nervous, and advised he did not have

3 a valid driver s license. A baggie with three capsules of suspected heroin was located in his coat pocket, and a bag with multiple syringes was found in another pocket. Nathin A. Holbrook (W/M/27) was arrested for Possession of Drugs and transported to KPD jail An officer stopped a vehicle at E. Dorothy and Rushland for multiple lane violations. Upon contact, signs of impairment were detected. Following poor performance of the SFSTs Arthur A. Mahl (W/M/35) was arrested for OVI, and was transported to KPD jail where he completed a 0.193BAC breath test Thursday, March 22, Officers responded to Frickers, 1818 Woodman Dr. on a warrant field transfer. Upon their arrival, they took custody of Desmond J. Lindemuth (B/M/19). Lindemuth had an active Kettering warrant for FTC / original charge Fraud. He was transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer was dispatched to KPD Jail to serve a warrant on Timothy M. Gould (W/M/56). The warrant was through Kettering for ACDA. The warrant was served on Gould and a report was completed Christopher L. Lacy, B/M/36, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana An officer conducted a traffic stop at Wilmington and Eureka for a moving violation. Clarence L. Jackson (B/M/60) admitted to being in possession of crack cocaine and the contraband was located in his coat pocket. Jackson was arrested for felony drug possession and transported to the Kettering Jail Officers were dispatched to KMH, 3535 Southern Blvd, for a disturbance. The intoxicated female, Alyssa C. Hill (W/F/26) assaulted her boyfriend in the vehicle on their way to the hospital. Hill was arrested for domestic violence and assault. She was also issued a summons for disorderly conduct for her behavior at the hospital toward the staff and officers Lundon P. Young (W/F/22) was issued a summons for disturbing the peace after several noise complaints at 1315 Devon Ave #A

4 Friday, March 23, Officers dispatched to KMH, 3535 Southern Blvd, on a drug complaint. Paige L. Robinson (B/F/16) was arrested for drug possession. Alicia M. Albrektson (W/F/35) was arrested on outstanding warrants An officer conducted a traffic stop at Bobbie and E. Dorothy Ln. The driver, Antwaun L. Davis (B/M/39) was arrested on an entered warrant An officer conducted a traffic stop at Valleywood and E. Dorothy Ln. The Anthony V. Traversa (W/M/32), was arrested for drug possession An officer conducted a traffic stop at Sutton and E. Dorothy. The driver, Christopher S. Hill (W/M/27) was arrested for entered warrants and cited for DUS An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered drugs and loaded handguns. Bryan D. Brogan (B/M/27) and Otis J. Holloway (B/M/27) were arrested for drug possession and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Cheyenne M. Moore (W/F/27) was arrested on an entered warrant An officer was dispatched to KPD for a warrant service by fax. Christian D. Brogan (B/M/27) was arrested for obstructing official business Officers stopped a suspicious person in the lot of the Budget Inn. Timothy A. Perkins (W/M/23) was arrested on entered warrants Alicia M. Albrekston, W/F/35, was issued a summons for obstructing official business and resisting arrest by Ptl. Kramer Cody J. Kirby (W/M/22) was issued a summons for drug possession Saturday March 24, An officer responded to Fairborn on a warrant service. Lyle C. Seebeck (W/M/65) was arrested, An officer responded to Indian Ripple at I-675 on a warrant service. Kelli A. Sanders (W/F/32) was arrested

5 1548 An officer conducted a traffic stop on S. Dixie at Schantz. Dyonte L. Ishman (B/M/25) was arrested on an entered warrant Officers were dispatched to 1431 E. Dorothy Ln, Burger King, on an assault. The suspect, Kimberly Snoeberger, was found and arrested at 3036 Hobart Officers were dispatched to 3980 S. Dixie, Cricket store, on a disturbance. Christopher J. Clarke (W/M/26) was arrested for aggravated menacing and Domestic Violence by threats Officers conducted a traffic stop on Wilmington Pk at Beaverton. Kathlyn J. Springjart (W/F/38) was arrested for OVI. Sunday March 25, An officer conducted a traffic stop near 2286 Smithville Rd. Jessica Gere-Braddam (W/F/40) was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Robert M. Coberly (W/M/19) was issued a summons for drug abuse instruments. Billy Mabe (W/M32) was issued a summons for obstructing official business. Jason Weikert (W/M/40) was issued a summons for drug abuse instruments
