A St Thomas employee with unexplained blurred vision was transported via Lyft to an area medical facility for advanced medical care. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : STUDENT HOUSING : MURRAY RESIDENCE HALL 12/10/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/10/ and 12/10/ REPORT Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Murray Residence Hall. A St Thomas student reported inappropriate words and drawings on a whiteboard in a study room in the building. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY : SUSPICIOUS ODOR ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : STUDENT HOUSING : CRETIN RESIDENCE HALL 12/10/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/10/ and 12/10/ REPORT Public Safety responded to a suspicious odor complaint in Cretin Residence Hall. A faint odor of marijuana was detected inside a room in the building. TRESPASS : VIOLATION 12/11/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/5/ and 12/5/ , CLOSED, CLOSED, CLOSED REPORT Public Safety documented a drug law violation on the 1000 block of Hennepin Avenue South. HARASSMENT 12/11/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/6/ and 12/6/ REPORT Public Safety documented harassment on campus. A St. Thomas student received a disturbing message from an unknown person. MEDICAL : TRANSPORT 12/11/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/11/ and 12/11/ REPORT Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department medics responded to a medical in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. A St. Thomas student experiencing an allergic reaction was transported to a local hospital. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : STUDENT HOUSING : 205/7 GRAND AVENUE 12/12/ Incident Occurred Between: 12// and 12/11/ REPORT Public Safety documented damage to property in 205 Grand Avenue. A St. Thomas student admitted unintentionally causing damage to a wall when attempting to remove snow from boots. 2 of

PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : OSHAUGHNESSY EDUCATIONAL CENTER 12/12/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/11/ and 12/11/ REPORT Public Safety and Health Services responded to a medical in O'Shaughnessy Educational Center. A St. Thomas employee reported difficulty swallowing. ASSIST : BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/13/ and UNKNOWN REPORT Public Safety assisted the United States Office of Personnel Management in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. A background investigation was conducted on a St. Thomas student for a security clearance. SEXUAL ASSAULT (SEX OFFENSES) OFF CAMPUS 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/10/ and 12/10/ REPORT Public Safety assisted the Title IX office with documenting a sexual assault that occurred at an unknown off-campus location. A campus security authority reported a St. Thomas student disclosed an incident involving an unidentified suspect. ASSIST : UNIVERSITY INVESTIGATION OFF CAMPUS 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/13/ and 12/13/ REPORT Public Safety assisted the Title IX office in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. A campus security authority provided details about a crime already reported to the University. SEXUAL ASSAULT (SEX OFFENSES) OFF CAMPUS : OTHER 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 10/31/ and 11/15/ REPORT Public Safety assisted the Title IX office with documenting sexual assaults that occurred at unknown off-campus locations. A St. Thomas student reported two distinctly different incidents involving a St. Thomas student suspect. ASSIST : POLICE 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/13/ and 12/13/ , CLOSED REPORT Public Safety and the Saint Paul Police Department attempted civil process service in the Morrison Hall Public Safety office. A St. Thomas student failed to comply with a University directive to appear. 3 of

PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : ANDERSON PARKING FACILITY 12/13/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/11/ and 12/11/ REPORT Public Safety responded to a motor vehicle accident in Anderson Parking Facility. A St. Thomas student driving a personal vehicle struck a vehicle owned by a St. Thomas employee and failed to stop as required by law. ASSIST : POLICE ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : LOTS / GARAGES / DRIVE AISLES : LOT G 12/14/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ , CLOSED, CLOSED REPORT Public Safety assisted the Roseville Police Department with a theft in LOT G. Investigation determined a St. Thomas employee unlawfully possessed and displayed a state-issued disability parking certificate in a vehicle parked in the area. THEFT ST. Investigation determined a St. Thomas employee unlawfully possessed and displayed a state-issued disability parking certificate in a vehicle parked in the area. TRESPASS : ISSUED MINNEAPOLIS : ON CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS OPUS HALL 12/14/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ , CLOSED REPORT Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Minneapolis Opus Hall. A person with no St. Thomas affiliation reportedly looking at pornography on a computer in Keffer Library was trespassed from University property and escorted from the building. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY MINNEAPOLIS : ON CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS OPUS HALL 12/14/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ , CLOSED REPORT Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Minneapolis Opus Hall. A person not affiliated with St. Thomas found in a space not open to the public was trespassed from university property and escorted from the building. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY : SUSPICIOUS PERSON MINNEAPOLIS : ON CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS SCHOOL OF LAW 12/14/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ , CLOSED REPORT Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Minneapolis School of Law. A person not affiliated with St. Thomas found in a space not open to the public was trespassed from university property and escorted from the building. ASSIST : OTHER ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : ANDERSON STUDENT CENTER 12/14/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ REPORT Public Safety assisted a student in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. An escort into a workout facility was requested to help the student avoid contact with another student. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY OFF CAMPUS : OTHER 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 11/11/ and 11/11/ REPORT Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Northfield, Minnesota. St. Olaf Public Safety reported six individuals, including two current St. Thomas students, were consuming alcoholic beverages in violation of St. Olaf policy. THEFT : MOTOR VEHICLE OFF CAMPUS : MINNEAPOLIS 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 11/23/ and 11/23/ REPORT Public Safety documented recovery of stolen property at 11th Street South and Harmon Place. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a city-owned bait vehicle was recovered in the area and three occupants not affiliated with St. Thomas were arrested, one for motor vehicle theft and two for tampering with a motor vehicle. The Minneapolis Police Department reported a city-owned bait vehicle was recovered in the area and three occupants not affiliated with St. Thomas were arrested, one for motor vehicle theft and two for tampering with a motor vehicle. SEXUAL ASSAULT (SEX OFFENSES) : RAPE 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 11/19/ and 11/19/ REPORT Public Safety documented a sexual assault on LaSalle Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department reported an unidentified victim was raped by an unidentified suspect at an area hotel. DRUG ABUSE VIOLATIONS : UNLAWFUL POSSESSION MINNEAPOLIS : PUBLIC PROPERTY - MINNEAPOLIS 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 11/10/ and 11/10/ REPORT Public Safety documented a weapon law violation on 10th Street South between Harmon Place and LaSalle Avenue. The Minneapolis Police Department reported during a traffic stop a person not affiliated with St. Thomas was arrested for carrying a weapon without a permit, an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and a narcotics violation. The Minneapolis Police Department reported during a traffic stop a person not affiliated with St. Thomas was arrested for carrying a weapon without a permit, an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and a narcotics violation. PAUL 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 11/19/ and 11/19/ REPORT Public Safety documented an armed robbery on the 500 block of Raymond Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported unknown suspects stole items at gunpoint from within the home of a St. Thomas student. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : ANDERSON STUDENT CENTER 12/15/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/14/ and 12/14/ REPORT Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Anderson Student Center. A person not affiliated with St. Thomas submitted a Snap Chat video of a college-aged male consuming an unknown powder from a table surface through his nose. THEFT : BICYCLE ST. PAUL : ON-CAMPUS : LOWER QUAD 12/16/ Incident Occurred Between: 12/16/ and 12/16/ , CLOSED REPORT Public Safety documented a theft in the Lower Quad.
