Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one-year period for considerin g req uests for reallotments. (ii) (iii) Appointment is conditional to the officer's placement in the designated Circles. It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy of the charge report on assumption of charge on the promoted post to SO(SPG), Postal Directorate for record purpose. 5 -2 5. VIGILANCE 1 DISCIPLINARY CASE. IF ANY: In case any vig.ldisc. case, of the typ referred to in O.M. No /2/86 Estt (A) dated f rom DOP&T circulated vide this office memo no /88 SPG dated (subsequently) revised vide DOP&T memo No /4/91-Estt (A) dated circulated vide this office memo no /88-SPG dated is pending against the officials, t hey should not be relieved fo r posting without obtaining specific orders from this office. The official against whom any punishment is current except censure and recovery of money, they should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment. A report in this regard be submitted immediately. 6. PROBATION PERIOD : The officials who have been promoted to the Postal Service Group 'B' will be on pro bation for two years and then their suita bility to hold this post will be adj udged on comp letion of two years of probation. If any official proceeds on leave for a period exce eding 30 days during this period, th e probation period will be extended depending upon t he period of leave. 7. TRAINING : The official will be directly promoted to Postal Service Group ' B' wit hout any t raining for the present. However they will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when notified by Director, RAKNPA, Ghaziabad. A copy of the certificate given by Director, RAKNPA, Ghaziabad on successful completion of training should be forw arded to Director (Staff) fo r record. 8.
