2 :: :: ) After careful consideration of the proposal of the Superintending Engineer/ Kallakurichi Electricity Distribution Circle, sanction is hereby accorded for the creation/ abolition of the following posts in various cadres as detailed in the Annexures for a period of one year from the date of utilisation, due to revised workload norms in respect of RWE posts in O&M Distribution Sections (Field Workmen), Revenue Accounting posts, Assessmentcum-Collection posts, Stores staff, Lines, Sub-Stations, Special Maintenance, MRT, etc., based on the Services/ Transformers as on and for formation of Spl. Maintenance and MRT Sub-Divisions in Kallakurichi EDC:- Creation Abolition Asst. Exe. Engineer/ Elecl. (Spl. Maintenance & MRT) Typist AE/JE (Elecl.) I Grade (Including Nos. for Spl. Mntce. 6 Record Clerk and Nos. for MRT.) 3 :: 3 :: ) Consequent on the present Revision of Work Allocation of Staff Pattern, there shall not be any retrenchment/ reversion as per the orders in para (3) (ii) and (iii) in the Proceedings 5th cited. 5) The Superintending Engineer/ Kallakurichi Electricity Distribution Circle shall report the actual date of utilisation/ abolition of posts as ordered in para () above promptly. 6) The expenditure is debitable to Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Funds Revenue Expenses Kallakurichi Electricity Distribution Circle 75 Employees Cost. 7) The receipt of the Proceedings shall be acknowledged.
