2 :: 2 :: 2) In the references 5 to 10 cited, various officials have requested provision of SIM and enhancement of ceiling limit for their Mobiles under CUG scheme provided by the Board. The request of the officers have been examined in detail by the Committee Members in the Meeting held on and accepted the request putforth by the officers concerned. The Chairman cum Managing Director/ TANGEDCO has also accepted the recommendations of the Committee. 3) Accordingly, provision of new SIM and enhancement of ceiling limit are ordered as detailed below:- Sl. Rs.44/- per plus Service Tax for AEEs/AEs/ JEs I Gr. Of G.C.C./Trichy Rs.500/- per Revised monthly ceiling limit of Mobile phone charges under CUG scheme (including rent and service tax) Rs.200/- per Rs.200/- per to Assistant Executive Engineers/Assistant Engineers and Junior Engineer Gr.I and also the action in having incurred the monthly charges at the rate of Rs.349/- + Tax from 9/2010 to 1/2013 is ratified. Existing ceiling of Rs.500/- per is retained and if any excess call charges over and above the ceiling limit of Rs.500/-, the Board will bear such amount on approval by Director/ Transmission Projects Nos. of new Sim cards are allowed and ceiling of Rs.500/- for Superintending Engineers, Rs.300/- for Executive Engineers, Rs.200/- for Assistant Executive Engineers and Assistant Engineers, Rs.100/- for Junior Chemist per. 3
