In pursuance of DOP&T OM 35034/1/ 97 - Estt. (D) dated 9th August 1999 and this Ministry OM / 12 / SSS dated 30th January 2014 giving guidelines to regularize ACP in SSS and further on the recommendation of the Screening Committee in the meeting, held on 18th July 2014, the Competent Authority has approved 1st / 2nd ACP in the pay scale of Rs / on completion of 12 / 24 year of regular service, on personal basis to the following, Statistical Investigator Grade I & II, who were eligible for ACP during and as per details given below: Incumbents of SSS, eligible for 1st ACP in the pay scale of Rs [GP of Rs (PB-3)]. Kolamkar 20-Jan The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requested to fix the pay of incumbents working under their administrative control in the higher Pay Scale after due verification of eligibility condition of ACP from the service records of the officers. Earlier order for 1st / 2nd ACP in respect of above officials in the pay scale of Rs / (NFSG), if any, may be treated as cancelled. 3. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are further requested to ensure that the officer placed in the higher Pay Scale under ACP, was not under suspension; no charge sheet was issued; no disciplinary proceeding or prosecution case for criminal charge was pending against them on the crucial date of ACP. 4. The officer, who is under currency of penalty, if any, will be granted financial upgradation as per ACP Scheme only on expiry of that period. 5. In case of incumbents of SSS, who have earned 1st or 2nd ACP on or before in the pay scale of Rs (GP of Rs. 4600), their 1st MACP in GP of Rs may be treated as cancelled. However, MACP benefits extended under 2nd MACP on completion of 20 years of regular service on and thereafter will remain unchanged. Further, orders relating to 1st, 2nd and 3rd MACP in GP of Rs. 4600, 4800 and Rs (PB-2) in respect of those incumbents, indicated at 01 to 13, may be treated as cancelled. 2 cf^)lkib

The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requested to extend the financial benefits after due verification of the date of ACP from their service book and on the basis of request received from concerned officials with all consequential benefits under intimation to this Ministry. Further, their pay may be fixed under FR 22 (I) (a) (ii) w.e.f. 1st April 2004, on account of absorption as Statistical Investigator Grade I and III in the pay scale of Rs (NFSG) and (NFSG) respectively, in Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS). 6. The undersigned is directed to inform that SSS incumbents were considered for grant of ACP by the Screening Committee, meeting of which was held on 18u1 July Cases of some incumbents were deferred by the Committee for want of complete ACRs.
