1 Overall Educational Objective: The overall learning objective of this program is to engage physicians, consulting pharmacists, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, nursing home administrators and other health professionals in an educational activity that will enhance quality of care and quality of life for Ohio s nursing facility residents. CMD Credit Statement: This live activity has been preapproved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 10.0 management hours and 2.5 clinical hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine.
