Below are a few positive comments from recent Press Ganey Satisfaction Surveys and discharge calls at Swedish. Congratulations to physicians and hospital staff mentioned. Day Surgery They were very good at their jobs! Cared for me like fine china. I love doctors Patani, Grassman and Teply! They are experts at the job. Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Dr. Kimo Hiroyoma takes time to explain and asks if I understand. Dr. Hiroyoma is the best doctor I've ever seen. Childbirth Center The anesthesiologist was amazing and had great bedside manner. Emergency Services They were all so above perfect, especially my doctor! The nurses and Dr. Kevin were great. My son still remembers Dr. Kevin in the ER. Dr. Menon was very thorough in his neuro exam with me. Drs. Harrington and McClelland cared for me. Dr. Harrington was very quick to see me, discuss my condition and order treatment; all while being extremely polite and considerate of my pain and family presence. Dr. McClelland relieved him and was absolutely amazing as a provider and advocate. He was friendly, professional, informative and very kind. 2
