All resumes and/or candidates sourced at the program are the exclusive property of boston.com/monster. 2. Participating companies must be seeking to hire employees or contractors for their own firms. 3. Participants shall neither seek nor accept fees for any candidate sourced at this program through: Direct Placement, Retained Search, Resume Databases 4. Participants shall refrain from marketing their services to other participants during interviewing hours. 5. Exhibitors are not allowed to break down their displays before the close of the event. 6. All samples, giveaways, and promotions must be disbursed from within your booth area only. Additional entertainment offerings must be contained within your booth area and not be disturbing to adjacent booths. Cancellation policy For your convenience, individual reservations may be canceled at any time up to 14 days before the fair. Failure to attend the Fair or give 14 days notice commits the exhibitor to full payment.
