2 Held on the second Tuesday of each month, this event has an average attendance of 185 business professionals. Attendees range from major corporations to small businesses and organizations. Each luncheon features a speaker who will address a business-oriented topic of interest. Luncheon Sponsorships Two to three sponsors are available for each luncheon. 3 The Chamber s signature monthly networking event is designed to not only bring awareness to your facility, but also to bring PEOPLE! Hosted at the sponsor s location, this event boasts an average attendance of 75 to 100 people each month. The Chamber holds a cash drawing at the end of the evening which grows each month by $50 if the Chamber member drawn is not present. This event is held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. sponsorships are $350. All sponsorships for this event in 2015 are spoken for, but contact us to get on the waiting list! 4 West Texas Legislative Summit The Summit is designed to pull West Texas community leaders and elected officials together in a forum that allows discussion of West Texas issues. The Summit focuses on different areas of importance to West Central Texas. The first year s conference centered on concerns related to West Texas water resources, with succeeding years focusing on educational trends and population shifts, alternative energy, healthcare, transportation, agriculture, higher education and workforce challenges, and West Texas local government issues, immigration and energy. Numerous elected officials will speak throughout the day, as well as experts in panel discussion topics. 5 As the largest business-to-business tradeshow in the Concho Valley, this annual event offers unique opportunities for businesses, non-profits, and individuals. Boasting an annual average attendance of 2,000 people, 85 booth spaces are available to businesses and organizations for displaying their goods and services. Booths start at $400. Silver Sponsors Only fifteen Silver Sponsorships at $800 each are available at the Business Expo. These premier sponsorships include premium booth space and logo recognition on all Expo materials and online advertising, and additional signage at the event. 80% of 2014 participants rated this event Excellent or Very Good. at Business Expo Sponsors The largest of the year is held at the Business Expo with an estimated 400 people attending. The event is held at the end of the Expo, and also serves to announce the conclusion of the Expo s Silent Auction. During the event, the Chamber will draw again for its monthly cash drawing, and you will have the opportunity to address the audience to tell them about your business and give away door prizes. This event can have multiple sponsors at $350 each. Bag Sponsor All attendees are greeted at the door and given a Goodie Bag to collect promotional products and pamphlets from the exhibitors. This is a mobile marketing opportunity for your business with the approximately 2,000 attendees carrying your logo all over the event AND home! Only one organization will be able to sponsor this opportunity. A booth near the entrance of the event venue is included in this sponsorship. To take advantage of this exclusive offer, your company will need to provide the bags and $500. Exhibitor's Lounge Sponsor Almost every manager/owner/employee/decision-maker for the businesses exhibiting at the Business Expo visits the Exhibitor s Lounge during the event. By sponsoring this area at $1,000, your business is allowed to decorate the tables, distribute information, and provide volunteers for the area for one-on-one consulting or networking. Grand Prize Giveaway Sponsor All attendees are greeted at the door/chamber of Commerce booth and asked to register for the grand prize drawing. The prize is usually a television, laptop, ipad, or some other gadget useful to businesses. With approximately 2,000 attendees seeing your business name/logo at registration plus special recognition during drawing giveaway/announcements, this is a great way to market your business! Grand Prize Giveaway sponsorship is $500 which goes directly towards the purchase of the grand prize. Each year the Chamber s Military Affairs Committee and our business partners host an event to feed and entertain all local active-duty military personnel and their families with an average attendance of 1,500. You may purchase Pre-Printed Mailing Labels to the Chamber membership for $45. Contact Database - Electronic File Personally contact each of the Chamber s over 1,500 business contacts by purchasing the Chamber Database for $300. The Excel file includes physical addresses, phone numbers, s, and includes four free updates of information. Bulk Mail Permit In 2014 our Chamber membership saved over $5,700 by using the Chamber s bulk mail permit! Use of the Chamber s bulk mail permit is included in your membership!
