Purpose of the Program The SwanCare Graduate Registered Nurse Program is designed to assist recently qualified Registered Nurses to obtain a Postgraduate qualification and transition into a fulfilling career in the Aged Care and Community Health sector. The program is an opportunity for Registered Nurse graduates who are passionate about developing their skills, knowledge and values to become a successful practitioner in Aged Care and Community Nursing. The program also fosters a focus on retention, the promotion of confidence and competence, sense of belonging, professionalism, and commitment to the nursing profession. SwanCare is committed to providing a Graduate Registered Nurse Program that not only operates within an enthusiastic and supportive work environment, but also demonstrates career opportunities for current and new employees. On completion of the program, participants will have gained knowledge of career pathways available to Registered Nurses within SwanCare and of the professional development opportunities available to employees of this organisation. The successful candidates will not incur any additional fees when enrolling into the program, the tuition fees will be covered by SwanCare. 3
