4 INTERVIEWERS & SURVEY PROCESSORS We are currently seeking 20 individuals who are looking to be part of an interview and survey process in the Metro Area. Interviewers will conduct 20 minute, structured interviews with residents in nursing facilities and residential care facilities. Residents may have a wide range of illnesses and physical and/ or mental disabilities. Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to develop a professional relationship with staff and residents to facilitate cooperation during the interview proves. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with long-term care facilities is preferred. Interviewing experience is desirable. Approximately hours each week, temporary, up to 16 weeks. Extensive driving is required; you will be assigned to facilities within a 90 mile radius of your home, by yourself or with one or more other interviewers. You will be compensated for mileage and drive time beyond 1 hour. Must be able to read, write legibly, and record responses accurately on a scan able form. Business casual dress code is required (no blue jeans, shorts, open-toed shoes, t-shirts, visible tattoos or piercings). Each interviewer is required to have his/her own reliable transportations. Proof of valid driver s license and automobile insurance is required. Employer will conduct criminal background check and a 3-day training program. Must submit a resume. Analyze equipment and write/modify preventative maintenance procedures. Skill in improvising as necessary to perform repairs to keep equipment operating in a predictable manner. Perform semi-skilled and skilled repairs of various pieces of equipment, piping, plumbing fixtures, water lines and other plumbing equipment. Assist in the performance of semi-skilled and skilled repairs of routine, complex and specialized tasks involved in the installation, maintenance, servicing, modification, troubleshooting and calibration of equipment. Conduct functional checks of equipment; maintain current ability to start and dry run sections of equipment. Meet departmental performance indicator standards on a consistent basis.
