3 KITCHEN East Boca Kitchen Crew Members Work with team leader. Commitment for same day of week is needed for kitchen team. Prepare, serve and clean-up (wash dishes, pots and pans, etc.). Homebound Meal Delivery Driver Deliver hot meals to a pre-determined route of clients in East Boca. Additional warehouse assistance as needed (hygiene kits, food pantry support, etc). Conduct interviews with clients and gather documentation to respond to one-time needs for financial assistance. 9:00am 12:30pm 1:00pm 4:00pm Comfortable using a computer for search and data entry Special training for internal computer program will be given Exceptional interpersonal skills needed JOB TRAINING PROGRAM East Boca Administrative Assistant Provide assistance and support to the Job Training Coordinator. 6 COMPUTER LAB East Boca Job Mentor Work with clients to help them search and apply for jobs, write resumes, set-up accounts, review interview techniques, etc. Training Instructor Computer skills and other courses as they are offered Monday Friday 2-3 hour shifts Scheduled periodically Volunteers are interviewed by the Program Director Strong interpersonal and computer skills Volunteers are interviewed by the Program Director Knowledge of subject matter and didactic ability RECEPTION DESK/FRONT DESK East Boca Receptionist Answer the phone, direct clients and visitors, perform clerical duties, maintain sign-in logs, etc. PM Pantry Bag Registration and Distribution Register and screen clients for the Pantry Program.
