9 Department: Community Support Services Support Services Coordinator Responsible for providing transitional support services, supervision and assistance to persons choosing community support service options (ISS, BSS and CSLA) and providing assistance in accessing community and agency resources. Manages behavioral and transitional respite home and their staff, facilitates meetings regarding Individual Plans. Coordinates and facilitates communication and services by and among person served, family, caregivers, providers and community resources. Bachelor s degree from accredited college or university with emphasis in Human Services or related field, and at least 2 years experience in case management and working with people with intellectual disabilities. Must have demonstrated communication skills and knowledge of behavioral and transitional respite care. Must have a car and acceptable driving record. Seton Dr., Baltimore Flexible schedule, based on Agency need, including periodic oncall weekend responsibilities. $37, Community Support Technician Responsible for the provision of support, personal assistance, training and quality care to people with intellectual disabilities residing in the community. HS/GED preferred, must have one year experience working with adults with challenging behaviors. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and acceptable driving record. Glen Park, Baltimore M, W-Sat 3pm-9pm Full Time $12.32/hr Department: Chimes School Behavior Analyst (Board Certified) Provides oversight of the Chimes Opportunities for Autistic Children) program, utilizing techniques and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior strategies. Provides behavioral acquisition and reduction services to students with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their families. Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and analyses, develops, monitors and adjusts treatment plans. Develops and implements training for staff and parents. Master s degree from accredited college or university in the area of Behavior Analysis. Must possess current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. 10 Department: Vocational Services Team Leader Supported Employment Responsible for development and ongoing training and mentoring of Job Coaches and Behavior Technicians in order to provide proper support to persons served in community employment situations. Assists in task analysis for jobs to be performed and in identifying adaptive techniques and devices as needed. Maintains knowledge of employer and jobsite requirements, jobsite practices, and proper operation of all equipment needed to perform the required tasks. HS diploma or GED required. Three years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or work experience demonstrating knowledge of supporting persons with disabilities in community employment. Must have a person cell phone and a car for company use. Must have a valid driver s license in the state of residence and acceptable driving record. Milford Mill Road, Randallstown Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. $12.50/hr Job Coach Enclaves Responsible for providing skill training, personal assistance care, support and constant supervision to a group of people with intellectual disabilities who are working in the community. HS/GED preferred. One year of site-specific employment experience. Must have a personal cell phone and a car for company use. Must have a valid driver s license in the state of residence and acceptable driving record. Milford Mill Road, Randallstown Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. $11.17/hr Behavior Technician On Site Responsible for providing constant supervision, training and support specific activities and behavioral techniques for a person with significant maladaptive behaviors. HS/GED preferred, plus one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and who have challenging medical and/or behavioral issues. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and acceptable driving record. Milford Mill Road, Randallstown Or Essex, MD M-F, 8a-4p Full-time $10.35/hr Behavior Technician Offsite Responsible for providing constant supervision, training and support specific activities and behavioral techniques for a person with significant maladaptive behaviors. HS/GED preferred, plus one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and who have challenging medical and/or behavioral issues. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and acceptable driving record. 11 Department: Traditional Residential Services Coordinator of Administrative Services Responsible for the administrative operation of the Residential Services program, including but not limited to the coordination of schedules, developing, organizing and maintaining records, correspondence and other written materials. AA degree from an accredited college or university, and two years experience in progressively responsible secretarial and administrative work. Thorough knowledge and demonstrative effective use of written and spoken English, basic arithmetic and modern office methods, equipment and technology. Demonstrated judgment, tact and ability to meet the public. Must have a high degree of skill in typing, shorthand and computer utilization. Must have a car and an acceptable driving record. Seton Drive M-F, day hours Full Time $13.26/hr Division Manager Primarily responsible for supervising the day to day functions of direct support staff and the operation of five to six residential sites. BA/BS in the area of education, psychology, social work or a related field, plus two years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and at least one year experience managing multiple sites. Two years supervisory experience. A car is required. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and acceptable driving record. Seton Drive, Baltimore Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. $49,055/ annual House Manager Responsible for the operation of the home and supervision and training of both lead staff and direct support staff. AA degree in special education, human services, psychology, social science or a related field, plus two years experience working with persons who have a developmental disability in a group residence and supervisory experience. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and acceptable driving record. Various M-F, 1pm-9pm $29,882/ annual LPN Lead Staff Responsible for providing care, training, supports and supervision to individuals served with higher medical needs. Provides instruction and training to staff regarding Chimes policies and the care of individuals. Graduate of approved LPN program and licensed as LPN in the State of Maryland. Two years experience required, preferably with ambulatory services, home health, long term care, medical day care, or services for persons with developmental disabilities. 16 Assistant Program Director Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, has primary responsibility for day-to-day operation of the assigned residential programs and ensuring that individuals are able to access quality services in an efficient and cost effective manner. Provides leadership and supervision for multiple sites in Residential Services. Bachelor s degree with emphasis in education, psychology, social sciences or a related field, plus four years of management or supervisory experience in an agency providing supervision and training for individuals who are developmentally disabled, preferably in residential services, and at least two of those years in a supervisory capacity.
